The gap
Members turn up without their kit constantly.
It is not one problem, it is three. And all three end the same way — a worse session, and nothing on your till.
Left at home
Half a kit bag gets unpacked after a session and never repacked. They notice in the car park.
Lost or worn out
Chalk runs out, straps fray, socks vanish. Kit is consumable and nobody replaces it in advance.
Nowhere to buy it
Reception is shut, or you are 24/7 with no reception at all. So they train around it, or they leave.
Which is why the same member buys again next month. Repeat purchase here is driven by forgetting, not by wearing something out.
How it works
Fifteen seconds, start to finish.
It reads what leaves the shelf. Nothing is dispensed.
Tap to unlock
Member taps a card. The card is authorised before anything opens, then the door unlocks and the box reads the shelves.
Take what they need
They reach in and take it off the shelf, like a fridge. No codes, no keypad, no picking a slot number.
Charged for what is gone
Door closes, shelves are read again, and the card is charged the difference. Take nothing, pay nothing.
One moving part. The door.
No spiral, no motor, no coil to jam at three in the morning with nobody there to clear it. If a member can open a fridge, they can use it.
Payback
Work it out with your own numbers.
If you buy one outright, this is how long it takes to pay for itself. The numbers start deliberately low — if you think we are being pessimistic, move the sliders.

Running it
It should be the thing you never think about.
A machine that needs attention is worse than no machine at all.
Repairs are covered
If we run it, every repair is ours. If you own it, the first three call-outs are on us within 12 months anywhere in mainland UK — labour and travel covered, parts charged separately.
Restocking is ours, or minutes
If we run it, we keep it filled. If you own it, restocking is opening the door and putting things on the shelves — whoever is on shift can do it without training.
Nothing to jam
One moving part, and it is the door. The two things most likely to fail are the lock and the card reader, both standard swappable components.
Shallow footprint
Built to sit flat against a wall rather than eat floor space. We confirm exact dimensions before you commit.
Price
Two ways to put one on your floor.
One costs you nothing. The other pays you more.
We run it
You earn from the space without spending anything.
No purchase, no deposit, no stock to buy.
- We own the machine, install it, stock it and restock it
- We handle all maintenance and payment processing
- You get a monthly payment for the floor space
- Works the same way as the vending machines you already host
- Nothing to manage — we handle everything
No payment on the form. We look at your space first, then you decide.
You own it
You keep the profit on every sale.
One-off, per machine. Excludes VAT. Ten machines at this price.
- 50% deposit to reserve — £1,998 now, £1,997 on delivery
- Refunded in full if we never deliver you a working machine
- Delivery follows component lead times. You get a date, and an update if it moves
- Stock supplied at 40% of shelf price, tags and packaging at cost
- Three call-outs on us within 12 months, mainland UK, parts excluded
- Installed and set up
No payment on the form. Dimensions, delivery window and full terms come back first.
Questions
The awkward ones first.
How many of these are already out there?
None. This is the first production run, and that is exactly why it is £3,995 rather than £5,995. You would be one of the first ten gyms with one.
If you would rather wait until there is a track record, that is a fair call — but the price will not be this again.
Should you run it, or should I buy one?
If you want the money without anything to think about, have us run it. We own the machine, fill it and fix it, and you take a monthly payment for the floor space. It costs you nothing and there is nothing to manage.
If you want the bigger number, buy it. You keep the profit on every sale instead of a payment for the space, which adds up to considerably more over a few years — the calculator above shows what that looks like at your member count.
What if someone takes something and does not pay?
The card is authorised before the door opens, so nothing unlocks without a valid payment method attached.
The shelves are read before and after every open, and each open-and-close is its own transaction. What left is what gets charged.
Who owns the stock?
That depends which way you go. If we run the machine, the stock is ours and you never buy any of it.
If you own the machine, the stock is yours — you buy it at 40% of shelf price, set your own shelf prices, and can stock items we do not supply if your members want something specific.
What if it breaks and I am losing sales?
If we run it, breakdowns are our problem and our cost — you lose nothing either way, because you are paid for the space. If you own it, the first three call-outs are on us within 12 months anywhere in mainland UK — labour and travel covered, parts charged separately.
The likely failures are the lock and the card reader. Both are standard swappable components rather than anything bespoke, so a fix is a part and a screwdriver, not a rebuild.
How much space does it need?
It is built shallow to sit against a wall rather than take up floor space.
We confirm exact dimensions before you commit to anything. If it does not fit your space, we will tell you that rather than sell you one.
What if my members just do not buy anything?
If we run it, you have lost nothing — you are paid for the space whether it sells or not. That is the whole reason the operated option exists.
If you bought it, then it does not pay for itself, and you would be right to be annoyed. That is why the calculator lets you dial the assumptions down as far as you like rather than only up.
If you want to know before committing: we will run a stocked pop-up table in your gym for a week, at our cost, so you can see what your members actually buy. Real numbers from your floor beat any projection of ours.
Enquire
Tell us about your gym.
We will come back with the numbers for your site rather than a brochure. If it is not worth it for your member count, we would rather say so now.
- We send back exact dimensions, so you can check it fits before anything is agreed
- You get the full terms in writing — and a delivery window too, if you are buying one
- Then you decide. There is no payment on this form and nothing is reserved by sending it
